Albert Dennis Nocon Añover had the distinct honor of serving as a signatory at the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony in Support of Civil Nuclear Workforce Development, held under the auspices of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Embassy. The event was graced by the presence of Her Excellency MaryKay Carlson, U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines, along with several officials from the State Department.

Representing both the EoS Organization and the Valar Atomic Research Institute in his capacity as legal counsel, Atty. Dennis Añover joined other stakeholders in what marks a historic milestone. The signing signals the beginning of a collaborative initiative between the Philippine and U.S. governments, the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute, EoS, The Fulbright Institute, Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, and the Philippine-American Educational Foundation. The partnership is set to advance the development of nuclear energy in the Philippines, beginning with the education and training of engineers and nuclear physicists within the country.
